  • 1 week prior to visit: Avoid any blood thinners, such as alcohol, ibuprofen, seafood, vitamin oils, aspirin, etc. 
  • Immediately before treatment: 
             > Come with a clean face 
             > If you’re anxious about pain control, take Tylenol 1 hour before treatment.
             > Make sure you have eaten and have drank plenty of water prior to your appointment.

  • As with any service industry, tipping is not necessary, but very much appreciated and based on how well your provider performed your treatment. 
  • The best tip you can give is a referral and a great review.

  • 24 hour notice is required for a cancellation, otherwise your $25 appointment deposit will be applied
  • After 2 No Shows or Cancellations, a non-refundable $40 reservation for an appointment is required.
  • If our office cancels your appointment in under 24 hours, we will give you a $25 credit for the inconvenience.
  • Appointment will most likely be rescheduled if you are more than 10 minutes late. Call to confirm.

Different treatments will result in varying recovery times. Therefore, make your appointment well in advance of any special event, like a wedding. Refer to the second question for treatment preparation and downtimes. 

When to make your appointment: 
  • Botox or Juvederm: ~ 2-4 weeks prior 
  • Kybella: ~ 8 weeks prior 
  • Diamond Glow/Microdermabrasion: ~ 1 week prior 
  • Skin Tag Removal: ~ 1-2 weeks prior
  • VI Peel or Cosmelan: ~ 3-4 weeks prior
  • Microneedling: ~2 weeks prior
